Invoice Generator for Freelancers

Freelancers often need to create invoices quickly, keep client details organized, and send clean invoice documents without manually formatting everything each time. The goal was to build a simple internal tool that reduces repetitive billing work and keeps invoice data structured.

I built an invoice generator with authentication, a dashboard, client management, invoice listing, invoice preview, sender profile settings, and email-based invoice sending. The app allows users to store sender information, manage clients, create invoices, calculate totals and taxes, preview the final invoice, and send it through email using Resend.

I started by defining the core billing flow: user login, managing clients, setting sender profile information, creating invoices, previewing invoice details, and preparing invoices for email delivery. The frontend was built with a clean dark dashboard interface, while Supabase was used for authentication and storing invoice, client, and profile data. Resend was integrated for email functionality, allowing invoices to be sent directly from the application workflow.

The final product is a functional invoice management tool that helps freelancers create and manage invoices faster. It centralizes clients, sender details, invoice records, and email delivery into one simple dashboard instead of relying on manual documents or scattered tools.
